Site fees cover the lease of your site, use of the village’s common room area as well as a variety of costs associated with the operations of the Community such as:

Maintenance of the community buildings and grounds, insurance, council rates, rubbish collection and grounds staff.

There is a leasing fee payable on taking up the lease of your site.   This is a small contribution towards the costs of infrastructure and services provided to your site such as roads, power, water, sewer and provision of NBN telecommunications.

You will also be charged for water usage ( metered ) Power ( metered ) and a small power supply fee.      Gas bottles to be organised by you through your preferred supplier.  You will also be responsible for insurance on your home.
